PAID 1490 FOR THE COMPANY TO PREPARE AND GET A LOAN MODIFACTION TO LOWER MY INTEREST RATE. #1 IT IS ILLEGAL TO COLLECT MONEY PRIOR TO THE SERVICES IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA GUESS I DIDNT DO MY RESEARCH. AN EMPLOYEE THAT WAS ASSIGEND MY FILE TOLD ME SHE HAD RESIGNED BECAUSE SHE COULDN'T TAKE WORKING FOR THE COMPANY BECAUSE IT WAS ALL JUST A SCAM. THE COMPANY RUN BY DOMINIC NOLAN, JACOB CUNNINGHAM,JOHN DANIEL SILVA OPERATE UNDER DIFFERENT NAMES.....WHEN I STARTED WITH THE COMPANY IT WAS CS& ASSOCIATES NOW THEY ANSWER HOME SOLUTIONS...HERE ARE THE REST ...ALLIED LOAN SERVICES ALS, ELITE LOAN SERVICES ELS, CFSA HOME SOLUTIONS....THEY SET UP SHOP IN DIFFERENT LOCATIONS UNTIL THE COPS SHUT THEM DOWN....SOME ADDRESS 1231 DYER RD, SUITE 170 SANTA ANA, CA 92704...CS & Associates and ALS 151 Kalmus Dr. Ste D102 Costa Mesa, CA 92626 Toll Free 866-754-8317 Dirrect: 949-800-7219 Fax 866-660-0009. THE COMPANY KEEPS STRINGING ME ALONG AND WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. I HAVE GONE TO BBB AND THE AUTHORITIES IN CALIFORNIA.

- Back in November, I also paid 1490 to CS & Associates. After several months of the run around, I was sent an email from a person who says that they have resigned because of this scam. I am in the process of going to the BBB and the authorities. I thought I did my homework, but obviously not well enough. I have faith that I will get back my money, the problem will be rectified, and this "company" will cease to exist. I hope that others find out about this company before it's too late.
