I ordered a trial weight loss tablet on 20/02/12 which stated 30 day trial for £4.95 inc p&p no other information stated i would then be charged £71.18 for the item if i did not cancel the trial within 12 days of purchase. I dont understand how this figures when the estimated time of arrival is 3-5 working days.
I received my statement this morning and having speaking to Sylvia at customer services ID No: 5057 she says this is non refundable and my account has been cancelled. I believe the information i have been given is not true. Please could you give me advice into getting my money back. Thankyou.
