On December 17, 2011, I purchased a women's X-Large North Face Jacket from efashiononline.com for $101.40. Upon receiving the item, I realized that the fleece had an X-Large tag but was actually smaller in size because it didn't fit the person it was intended for. The fleece also had wrinkles, lint, and strings hanging all over it. The fleece did not seem like it was original. We came to this conclusion after I went to the mall and bought the the same X-Large fleece for it's original price of $165 which did fit the person it was intended for. I called efasiononline and told them about the problem and requested a refund. I was told to mail back the product and that the refund would be returned within 14-30 days. I mailed back the item on December 21, 2011 through UPS and was informed by UPS that the product would arrive in Brooklyn, NY by December 22, 2011. I have waited nearly 2 months and I still have not received my refund. I have emailed them and although it's been over 30 days, they reply back saying that refunds take anywhere from 14-30 days and that I will receive notification when the refund has been sent. I called them on February 15, 2012 and told them that I still have not received my refund. The man on the other line seemed uneasy and tried to tell me that they would look into it but that they would have to get back to me. I insisted that he do it on the phone and he told me that it would take 15 minutes because he had to get into another system to check the problem. He kept me waiting on the phone and he never got back to me. Upon researching efashiononline through the internet, I found out that this company is not legit. They scam people for their money through the same way they scammed me. They sell fake products and then they make a run for it with customer's money. I found many, many, many testimonies and complaints from people who never got their refund back.
