STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I ordered frame of lenses VERSACE.
First, It was not an authentic product. So, I went to a local optical just be make sure that I was right about it. It was POOR China version of Versace.
Second, It was wrapped up in "nasty toilet paper"
Right away, I called this people and I spoke with CS some body name "Liz G". So far, I never get my money back or any apologies.
The same day, I shipped it back. After, It arrived. I spoke with another nasty bitch "Katrica". She told that she was the manager. Sure? She told me that in the next 2 hours will be inverstigate it.
She never called or contact me. So far, it is almost 7 days and I still do not my refund back.
I started to email asking for my money and the called me lunatic.
Would be happy about it? I very upset with them and i called them bitches and nasty peoples that they use this website "opticsfast.com" to make "internet fraud to others
WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND DO NOT " TRUST ANY POSITIVE REVIEW? IT IS NOT TRUTH@!!!
