Bought a pair of shoes in November 2011 and just realized I had 3 months of unauthorized charges to my credit card. The representative I spoke with said she'd refund me for 2 months and give me store credit for 1 pair of shoes, which I never got. When I went back to their site, it was clear that the terms were not clearly stated unless you did some digging to find out you'd have to pay a monthly fee. When I went to cancel my account, one of the options for why I was canceling was "Fraudulent Terms" which was pretty telling! This place is a scam
