unauthorized charge appeared on my credit card statement.
Also appeared on my January statement again for $49.95 but with a slightly different name eastcohelp.com. When I called the number shown on my statement I spoke to an agent who asked if I had authorized the charge and I said No, not for either charge and then I was assured that I would receive a refund FOR BOTH SUMS. You can bet I'll be watching to see that happen.
