A transaction with YouTube Studio Pro appeared on my credit card. It came tacked onto Vista AntiVirus. Messages saying my computer had been hacked, in danger of identity theft, viruses, trogans, worms. The lot !!!!! Offered to clean out all these problems while cleaning the register of unwanted files. Next thing no Internet Explore then no Windows. Got back to my desktop through safe mode and tried to get into Program Manager to remove Vista Antivirus but PM was locked. Had to completely wipe whole computer, clean up unwanted programmes, and reload everything. again. Cost was another $120 which included a copy of Windows XP. Absolutely furious about this. Why don't these people go out and get a real job.

Update: 02/17/2012

I wrote a polite request to this company asking for a reversal of the credit card transaction. I got it. Intend to send a big thank you to them. It's worth a try.
