Just received January credit card statement and discovered a unrecognizable charges of 54.85 euros taken from my account on the 29 December 2012. I never made any purchase of any AVANQUEST product. I just dowloaded a free setup file from internet site avanquest.com because I got problems with my computer. The program discovered problems that I could solve by purchasing the buying version. I did not do it. I am now in the process of trying to recover my money via the credit cards fraud department.
