this started at the beginning of January and only ended when i managed to cancel the order in the past week. they took four payments in total and would have continued to do so indefinitely. the bank can do nothing as they are using the details of my debit card which i freely gave them. it is apparently not illegal and is covered in the small print that nobody reads, beware of this company and others like it. there is obviously a problem if it seems too good to be true.

- I spoke to my bank and told them this company took money without my authorisation, the bank cancelled my Debit card immediatly and they are trying to claim the money back from this company, if I was you I would change your bank as your bank should have dealt with this instead of saying there was nothing they could do!!
