My name is Cyril Montgomery, representatives from the central bank and western union in niagria scammed me out of 10,000 statingthat all I had to send was this amount and I would receive the sum of $8.5 million. They also brought in a woman named Mrs. Joan Bailey who supposedly stated to the Central Bank of Niagria that I sent her there as a representative of me to pick up the funds.
