I was scammed before the above date but I did phone to cancel on 08/14/2011 however they lied and said I didn't and without me noticing until today 02/02/2012 they said they were sending me cd's to my old address (they weren't otherwise my previous landlord would have forwarded them to me) they only sent the first "free" cd's last year. Will have to check all my bank statements and emails to see how much they have scammed me. I have two kids to feed and cloth and they have been in effect "Stealing" from my kids. I have reported them to the fraud department of my bank and to BBC Watchdog. I really need my money back. I am on benefits and can't afford this! I have been in tears I phoned them, its the same woman picking the phone up "Darlene" won't give a surname refusing to refund me. Had to cancel my cards because of this to prevent them from taking anymore. They have left me with an unauthorised overdraft fee and no mopney to feed my kids today.
