I ordered 2 net books for my boys in November so that they would be here in plenty of time for Christmas. When I hadn't received any shipping info by the middle of December, I got worried and started calling the company. After 12-15 phone calls that just went to a voice mail. I started researching the company. I found TONS OF COMPLAINTS! I dug deeper into it and found the number of a guy that works there. I called, expressed my concerns, and he told me that he would put a rush delivery on my order and offered me 2 upgrade packages for the price of one. I fell for that one too. He said they should be there by the 19th of December, plenty of time for Christmas. They didn't get to us until December 27th. I opened 1, it went to a generic Windows look a like screen, but no icons worked. I took it to the local PC shop and the guy told me "They sold you a brand new paper weight". He offered to "flash" the Andriod operating system on there for me after I told him that these notebooks were THE GIFTS for my sons, they didn't get much else he. He tried once, then he looked at me and told me that these netbooks were never intended to work. I've went to a bunch of sites, there are hundreds and hundreds of complaints just like mine. There should be a class action suit against this eglobal scam.
