I made a booking at Oasis Hotel Loutro through Hostelworld.com. One month later, on 22 January 2012, I received an email from the hotel telling me that there was a "mistake" and the price was the double that I have booked. I wrote to hostelworld 3 times without an answer. Surprised, I wrote to the responsible of the website calling for help for contacting with hostelworld service team (without response), and finally I found on Internet an email that seems to be the Customer Service Team´s address. I wrote to this email and I received and answer from Louise Clark, who explains me that one colleague is studying the situation. After a week without notices, I wrote another time to Louise Clark, telling her that their booking garantee says: "Your booking 100% confirmed. Any problems and we’ll give you $50", and I only asked for my money (deposit). Today I have not answer at all. They didn’t resolved the problem and, of course, I don´t have my money.
