Hostel World pops up in google when you search on Backpackers or youth hostels. They charge double for bookings that can be made through Youth Hostels Australia for example at https://www.yha.com.au
I made a booking and paid a deposit (non refundable) and then discovered the much cheaper booking through YHA for exactly the same backpacker accommodation in Coollangatta (Bilinga) Australia. Be warned!
