I received two envelopes on 1/26/12, stating that I had a 7 day free trial for these services for $1.95@. My 7 day trial would be thru 1/26/12, that was the day I received them. My credit card would be charged $19.95 if I did not cancell before the 26th of Jan. 2012.

I got on the net and cancelled what ever this was. I did not get a conformation number. I didn't order anything, nor did I accept this information that was sent.

THEN=today in checking my bank information I found that the $1.95 had been taken out of my account 1/23/12. No information, then I noticed that $19.95 had been taken out of my account. This was after I had cancelled the material.

What do I do from here???

Thanks
