I called twice to get information about where my money was going because they were taking my money from my account each month! But they said they didn't know, so I asked for a refund and here what happens;
- The first respondent just pushed the button for cancellation without my consent and when I asked to talk to her superior, she let me on pause for 30 minutes then she hung up.
- I called again and I explained it all again to the second respondent ,called Morgan, and asked what happened. She did the exact same thing.

I would like to have my money back.
It's a shame the way they threat people !!!
I wont let them go away with my money, that's for sure!
