During the holiday shopping season, Brookstones brought in sales people who worked on commission. The sales person up-sold me on a Parrot A.R. Drone touting it's video recording capabilities. Knowing full well that I was only buying the A.R. Drone for video, he then proceeded to open the box to show me the color of the body.
When I got it home, the A.R. Drone didn't nearly have the video capabilities that the salesman told me about. Having owned it for 2 days and flown it once, I took it back to Brookstones to return it. They would not accept the return because they said the box had been opened. When I told them the sales person misinformed me and had opened the box in store, they still would not honor my request.
