Like others I got pop up messages telling me I had serious infections on my PC. Like an idiot I believed the info. and parted with £40.09p ($59.95).
My credit card company want an invoice or confirmation of the order before considering refunding the money!! How do I contact them? Is it possible or is it money down the drain?

- I don't have proof of purchase because once I entered my card details(Doh) everything disappeared from the screen and the money had been taken.
