The complaint is against an online dating profile

The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity

The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

The company or person contact no longer exists

International boundaries

Ordered two cardigan sweaters, did not recieve a tracking number or shipping confermation untill i contacted customer service. They stated it could have been shipped from there global wharehouse, and could take up to 30 day to be recieved. Well after 30 days i contacted them again. and this time I got a shipping confermation and a tracking number that was no good. I contacted them again to get them to track the package. They said it should be there by now. ( but they did not confirm this, by tracking the package). Now it has been 60 days, and I asked for my money back, or confirmation of where in the world my product is,that has been paid for but not recieved. They said they would give me store sight credit. I said I did not want there sight credit because I would never buy from them again. And if there sight is as good as they think it is they should be able to locate my products items , or credit my pay pal account back.

This company has such poor customer service, that they don't even know how to solve a simple request as to locate a shippment that they provided the tracking number to.

I would not recommend this sight to anyone. I am just glad I did not order more than $26.00 worth of there crap.

This order was shipped from our global warehouse and may take 21-30 days to arrive. You should be receiving this order any day now.

She did provide a tracking number but was no good!!

  • Samuel. My request is simple. Return my $26.00 to my paypal account. I do not want store credit!!. I will not purchase anything from your company. If your company would improve your customer service, you may not have these concerns as much in the future. At this time I am not confident that you can do anything more than the last three customer service people I have had contact with. I am going to include the last respones from your company. The order number is included and the complaint ticket number is included. You should be able to contact me with that info. All I want is my MONEY back since I have not recieved the products ordered.
