I was having problems using the internet. A page kept popping up saying I needed to purchase software this particular virus software. Then it got worse I couldn't even pull the internet up because of popups saying this download was needed. I thought I had virus malware on the comp.I even went to the store and bout another and tried to upload. It would not allow me to upload the new virus software. I purchased the recommneded software, but since nothing happened I thought it didn't go through. I was able to fix the computer myself by rebooting and doing a system restore. I just checked my statement and saw this charge.
