This company is not a scam. It tells you when you sign up that you must select a pair of shoes by the 5th of the month or click the "Skip Me" button. If you don't do either of these things, you will be charged the $39.95 membership fee. Don't people read what they're signing? I've been a member for months and never had a problem. I think they are a fantastic company!

- Exactly. People don't read terms and conditions is the problem, they are just looking at the big print, colors and sale tags. I am also a member, I have only been charged when I either made purchase or did not opt out for the month..not to mention you get an email every month to help as a reminder. With any membership or online purchase it is wise to read terms and conditions ESPECIALLY if you are putting in your credit card number. JustGab is not a scam.

- I received a letter with my first pair of shoes, detailing exactly how the membership works. It laid out all my options and warned me about the $39.95 fee even if I didn't get anything, unless I chose to skip that month. I love what I have gotten so far and I agree, people just aren't reading the agreements. That's not a SCAM, that is people being SILLY.
