I saw on the website and read their feed back for couple days, I felt it is very safe to buy the product there. First I order 2 iphone 4s 64gb, and it costed me $600 usd, they said I can choose either ipod or 1 thing (I don't remember). I asked them can I choose another iphone 4, they said yes, but I have to pay extra money. It was ok, I pay total $760 to get 2 iphone 4s 64gb and 1 iphone 4 16gb via western union to Tao Zhang at Beijing, China. They said I can get the tracking number after I paid. but I didn't get the tracking # on the date they told me, I did chat with Crystal on their website. She said I have to pay $380 for tariff, because they changed the rule and this was high season because christmas. I have to pay it, because the price of the products was low. If I don't pay, they can't get custom cleared and I don't need to pay this tariff fee for future purchase. If I paid, she will send another product to make up $380.So I choose another iphone 4s 64gb, and 1 iphone 4 16 gb. I have to pay more $500. It mean I pay $1260 for 5 iphones and shipping charge. (I helped my friend to buy). After I told them I did pay, she said she will send me tracking #, but I didn't get the tracking #, I did chat with her, she told me, the shipping agent can't find the tracking # because so many package went out. but the package was on the way, they sent by express UPS next day. I waited but nothing came. I asked them, they told me that the package went to wrong place, UPS will return back to them, when they got it, they will ship the package out on 12/30/11. On that day, I didn't get the tracking #, I did chat with Crystal again, she said because the package came back with damages so they have to return back to manufacturing and they will send again on 01/05/12. I asked them to return my money back, she said her boss is on vacation, he will come back on 01/10/12. If I want the products, the package will send out on the 01/05, if I want to get money back, I have to wait until 01/10. But on the 01/03, I went to their website, they have to holiday notice said that they will be on vacation due to chinese new year. I sent couple emails to them but no respond back. Now, I can't get the package or my money back...
