I Went to Crediblefirm.com and i purchased a 60 inch Sony Bravia NX810 LED 3DTV. for $345.I chose shipping by Fed ex.Which they told me in email was $70 making my total $415. Because i ordered over $400 they asked me to choose a nano ipod or psp as my free gift.I chose psp. So they said once payment is made i will receive order in 3-5 days. So on 12/28/2011. I wired $415 to Tao Zhang in Beijiing,China. Costing me $429 because of wiring fees. I get an email two days later on the 30th saying they ran into problems at customs.The customs needed$210 tariff fee for export tax. Their business couldnt pay.And once its paid.Itll clear. They usually did bsiness with them before but due to problems in the west an dumping.They needed that fee paid. And because their prices are so low.It was necessary.but it wont happen in the future when we do business again.I was upset.Thinkin it got shipped in those two days.But I went and wired $210 on Dec 30th costing me $224 again because of wiring fees.The next day.They emailed me sayin it's cleared customs but due to too many orders and the shipping was closed they will ship the next day and sorry for the one day delay.So a day or so later i got on the websites webchat and spoke to their rep Crystal and she pretty much said the same thang.But said it was shipped off but they didnt get a tracking number because of too many orders.I was like what.I got disconnected from webchat.I emaild the site sevral times.no reponse.The webchat mysteriously offline for te past five days.I was clinging to hope.Til i found a customer on this site who experienced what i just went thru.I was like ive been scammed.I suspected but this site and that customer brought me to the realization.Like him i thought they were legit.They went out their to say and show how legal they were. But..Im out of 600 bucks and no tv. So i had to do somethin or say somethin about it.To stop it from happening again.
