My daughter purchased shoes for her and her sister for Christmas and then in Jan 2012 I see a charge for 39.95 on my account. Called justfab and was told that I had signed up for a monthly fee of 39.95. Told them no way and to cancell my account. I filed a dispute through my credit union to get back my money. Now I get a call form the credit union saying that Justfab is dening my claim because I didn't cancell my membership before Jan 5. I didn't even know I had a membership how could I cancel it? Do use this company they are scam artist and poor quality shoes.
