Purchased a pair of Ugg boots on line. Tried to pay with a debit card, it would not go through, tried another card which was accepted.
Got worried that boots were not genuine so refused to sign as told to do by Uggmall in order to get refund.
Still no refund, boots on hold with DHL as they will not pay for return, and will not refund me until boots are returned.
I then discovered that the first card used which was delined was in fact also debited for the same amount as the HSBC card.
Loads of e-mails to CS, same replies and promises of refund but nothing. No longer on Google.
Reported this to Actionfraud.org.uk and advise anybody with similar to do same.
