I realised that as soon as I had bought them something didn't feel right. They we confused with their own size chart and i know that Australians do not spell colour 'or'. Alarm bells began! I have previously bought twice with Uggs Australia and had been so pleased with this company that i though that i was ordering from the same company. Almost identical. I pleaded with them via 'live chat' for a refund. But no they said that their paypal account had been frozen. My fake uggs arrived today smelling of chemicals and one size down. I had to pay import duty on them and have returned them immediately at another cost of 24 pounds.back to China...If i get a refund then this is a genuine company selling expensive fakes. They are uncontactable except for an address on the dhl box. I think this company is masquerading under other websites and names. They change their details daily. No doubt child slave labours involved in this. It has to be stopped. I am at present 200 Uk pounds out of pocket. Watch this space...
