My daughter wanted a computer for Christmas in order to access free online kid games and to do her school work. She is 6, saved her Christmas money, and with my help bought the 7" netbook. Within days, I was called repeatedly while at work by a Darin and a Tony. Everytime I returned the call, I was sent to a strange voicemail. After more than a week of missed phone calls, Tony Rogers answered the phone and sold me a $37 additional package. Finally, more than two weeks later, the netbook arrived. It doesn't work! The connection is so slow, there are hardly any usable programs, and my daughter is heartbroken.
