I purchased the magic jack and paid for a 5-year subscription. I paid a total of $106.85. I used the service for about 1 month and then i stopped using it. On friday July 22nd 2011, I decided that I will like to use the majic jack again. When I connected it to my computer, I was alerted to purchase a service. I called. I searched through their webside to ook for a phone number. There were links to get to a live agent, but none of them actually got me to an agent. after doing a google search for a live agent, i finally got thier phone number. I called and a lady called "Raine" picked up. She told me that the service that i purchased was never activated and that is why i do not have the service although i already paid for it . I asked he if i could get my money back and she refused. When I asked to speak to her supervisor, she told me that I was breaking up and she hand up the phone on me. I tried calling back several times, but all I got was the automated system. Never a live person.
