Heard on radio an advertisement for $19.99 for $1000.00 worth of free groceries. This was call a "FREE STIMULUS" for a Government survey. You pay the $19.99 and you can buy a $1000.00 worth of groceries, where ever you shop, for free. When I received my packet in the mail. It is nothing what was promised. I called and explained that I felt it was a ripoff and the the phone clerk responed that I had to go the the web and print off this and that and that the call was recorded and I agreed to the sign up. NOT at all what was presented.
