I ordered a 15" Macbook Pro from this site for $298 plus a shipping charge of $40 on November 14th, 2011. Order was submitted and I received an email with an order number of 20111115074926. On November 18th I received an email stating that they have a new regulation that additional exporting tax had to be charged, which was a total of $169. I went ahead and paid this as well the same day. November 24th rolls around and it still had not been shipped so I got on their customer service web chat. They then sent me an email stating that someone had dropped my product, damaging it to the point of being unusable. So they told me they would get another one, but it would take 7 days to get the new one ready to ship. So I waited. I checked back in 7 days and it had not shipped. So I spoke with them and complained. They kept telling me not to worry and it would ship within a few days. That time came and they would say, "Oh it is still in customs. We will ship it next week." This continued on and so I had enough and demanded my money back for $507.00. I filled out their email requesting my money back and they sent a confirmation email December 10th that I would receive the $507, but I had to wait 20 days. Well I waited until December 31st and spoke to them on the web chat again. They gave me the excuse that since it was new years, they couldn't refund me. They told me they would send the money back through Western Union and give me an MTCN so I could go pick it up. They said this would happen January 4th. I checked back then when I had not gotten the MTCN but the web chat said it was offline during the normal business hours. I continued to check back periodically over the next couple days and it was still offline. I sent another email telling them I had not received my MTCN, but never got a reply back. I go to the website today, hand deal.com, but the website would not load due to unresponsive servers. All other websites load just fine. So 2 months later, I have not received my product and I'm still short $507.

Update: 01/13/2012

I didn't include the fees for transferring the money which was two events of $14 each. So I'm actually short another $28. This is also on my receipts I uploaded.
