webcloseout.com (who according to the BBB does not exist, but in the internet they are still in business and ccbill.com will charge the customers without authorization) under the name of ccbill.com - webcloseout - has been charging my Chase bank account for $14.95/ monthly since Oct 2010, without my consentment.
On Oct 13, 2010 I email [email protected] requesting them to cancel my trial account that I paid $2.95 - I email them twice - and the email resulted in failure, and they did not answer their phones. Therefore, I have been charged by ccbill.com $14.95/monthly. I never received any service from them, and they did not email me or called me , they did take my money without my authorization.
On June 28 I complained to ccbill.com, and they reimbursed only 2 months - June and July 2011.
Sincerely,
Vilma C Villatoro
