i ordered the trial lean spa and colon cleanse the products came 3 weeks apart and did not work at all. i received a shipment agaon just of the lean spa and enclosed a letter with my name phone # and complaint about the product called and was told it didn't have an rma# so it gets tossed in a bin and restocked no refund then i got a bottle of each in the mail again call cust0mer service and says the rma issued was for 1 bottle and would receive a check for $79.99 ind 5-8 weeks and yhe check was cut 7/5/11 and could take 2-3 more weeks this cust serv is a third party not Lean Spa at all they are Finish Point corp this thing is a joke so i'm out $240 with nothing to shpw for it. they just restock the other 2 bottles and that is it yhere has to be something someone can do!
