WE RECIEVED IT A DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS BUT, IT NEVER STARTED UP WE DID THE PROPER CHARGE TIME FIRST AND STILL NEVER WORKED. I DONT KNOW IF I SHOULD SEND IT BACK TO THEM AT THE ADDRESS ON THE BOX IT WAS SHIPPED IN OR TELL MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY THAT, THAT WAS A FALSE CHARGE SOMEONE MADE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEGE AND SEE IF THEY CAN GET THE MONEY BACK OR WHAT . ANYONE IF YOU HAVE ANY IDEAS..PLEASE SHARE MAD MOM THEY DID THAT TO MY DAUGHTER!
