A charge in the amount of €48.98, converted to USD, was charged to my PayPal account on 01/10/2012. As I keep only enough to cover expenses in my checking account, this actually cost me an addition $5.00US due to the overdraft fee to transfer from savings. I have filed a claim with PayPal and will be filing a claim with my bank as well. The US-International Trade Commission, the US Attorney General, and the appropriate Swedish authorities will be hearing from me.
