Ordered stated they were in stock never shipped. Email no response
then emails saying there is a 6 week wait, then 10 weeks a email to request subsititutes them a email saying no longer viable option.
Going to contact law enforcment and see if Theft by Deception charges can be filed.

The correct amount charged to my debit card on 3/27/2011,3 months and 15 days ago, was $31.33 plus $18.00 shipping.
the extra shipping amount was paid to send items that were in stock and not wait on any back order.

The Division has made a findings of fact and conclusion of law regarding the hearing held in absence of the respondent. BK industries was found in violation of 27 of the 30 counts charged. We will hold the order within the Division for 30 days.

If the respondent fails to respond, the orders will be referred to the Attorney General for collection of the $67,500.00 administrative fine.

Also, please note that the second citation issued against BK Industries has already been referred to the Attorney General for collections due to BK Industries failure to respond.
