I also ordered paracord and buckles of a big variety last year in October of 2011. I have still not received a refund nor any products and it is November 27. 2012. I received an email after that sometime in December saying their product was out of stock at the time and they were waiting for their shipment to arrive. I followed the company for a couple of months still trying to call the number that was originally on the website. I also followed on facebook. The phone just kept ringing or all voice mail boxes were full. I sent a certified letter some time in March 2012 so I know the company received it. No contact has been made until a recent email I received saying I am one of the last 1000 that haven't been refunded yet. I clicked on the email address and it actually directs you to another site paracord slave it is now. This company is a complete fraud and I don't recommend anyone to purchase anything from these crooks.
