I placed an order advertised online for HCG Trial Offer for FREE AND ONLY PAY FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING $4.95 and IF USE THEIR promocode "PREPOPS" was offered fOR $2.95. i WENT TO THE LINK AND WAS ASKED ADDRESS INFO AND CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I THEN WAS GIVEN A confirmation number DETAILED RECEIPT OF ORDER OF $37.90.
HCG Trial offer $ 2.95
PureBiotix GT800 Thermogenic Fat Burner $34.95- (which i never ordered).
I immediately called customer service (866) 936-9439 (rep's name Bob #5004) in which he said that they would refund me the $34.95...and will take 12 days for the refund to appear. When i asked him how that happened...he quickly was snappy with me in telling me he was not on the page when I ordered.
Even though I just placed the order....I am having second thoughts about cancelling this all together, as I feel that this company promotes false advertising and regret that I didnt check the terms and conditions prior to ordering as I was relying on customers reviews...with no hidden fees...subscriptions or other obligations.when I checked the terms and conditions apparently it states
1.1 By submitting an order, You automatically receive a 12 day trial to the Purebiotix subscription- your 12 day trial begins 3 days after the date of sign up to allow time for shipping. Once the customer's trial is active you have 12 days to decide whether to accept Your Subscription. Prior to the expiration of the 12-day trial period, you may cancel your subscription by calling toll-free at (866) 936-9439 or by writing.................Should you fail to cancel your subscription within the 12 day trial, you will you will be billed $89.95. Additionally, you will be billed $89.95 again 32 days from the date of sign up to replenish your supply and $89.95 every 31 days thereafter for your monthly Subscription unless cancelled by you.

2.2. You authorize Purebiotix, LLC to initiate debit/credit entries to your bank deposit account or credit card as indicated upon sign-up and enrollment.

THIS WAS NEVER INDICATED ON SIGN-UP AND ENROLLMENT ON ADVERTISEMENT.... THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT... AND ALSO APPLYS TO FUTURE UNAUTHORIZED CREDID CARD CHARGES.

I AM GOING TO PUT A STOP PAYMENT ON MY CARD....AND AM REPORTING THIS TO BETTER BUISNESS BUREAU AS WELL.
