I signed up for a free trial, they took my card number to pay for shipping charges and ordered a vitamin supplement. The HCG free trial came, but the vitamins were opened and used with several missing. I called their customer service and they said they would refund the $39.95 for the vitamins, which they did. Then I told them to cancel and future orders of HCG. 1 week later a bill for one btl of HCG was charged on my bank account. I never got any shipment was charged for nothing. I called and they tryed to say I did not cancel...then found the call in the computer. They promised to refund my money $89.95....never happened. I called again and they sent a HCG bottle 2 weeks later. They said sorry and keep the HCG, so they owed me two credits of $89.95, one bottle never received and the other came after I cancelled. No refund to date and it is Jan 2012, so I called again and the rep said that I must write a letter to get a refund??? So I got taken for $180.00. Guess I will write a letter or go to my bank and see if they can back charge.Not a reliable company. The HCG did not work so I ended up purchasing $400. worth of injectables through my Drs. office that worked wonderful. Since I am on Disability I really could use that money to try and lose more weight so my back injury improves.
