I purchased a 7" Android tablet for my wife for christmas. This item was purchased on November 29, 2011. I was supposed to get in within 7-10 business days and didn't receive the product until The week after Christmas. My wife then tried to use her tablet and the thing keeps freezing on her and when she charges it the battery life only lasts 15 minutes. I tried to contact this company and when I finally got ahold of someone after 2 weeks of trying they told me that i had to print off this form to send it back, however I can not log onto this website anymore because none of my passwords work and when I can log on I can not get the for to come up. I tried to contact them again on January 4, 2012 and I still to this day on January 9, 2012 can not get a hold of anyone. I have contact numbers that I actually got through to someone, but now it keeps telling me that there isn't anyone available to take my call.
