Purchased item online for Christmas 2011 on 11/28/2011.
Promised to receive bet'wn 7 and 10 days. At 7 days went online to track shipment but appeared that it was still being "processed."
At 11 days and several useless emails and phone calls, I was getting worried I'd been scammed. At @ day 12 I was going to stop payment; but decided to give it a few more days due to the time of year. Finally rec'd the notebook computer as ordered w/o the extra memory ordered, and NO owner's manual whatsoever around day 15. This was a gift and not capable of what recipient required. Easily obtained a return authorization on the webisite but not the address to return it to...upon several emails and phone calls, I am at a standstill...they do not respond to emails, (Automated phone system) simply puts you on hold on the phone ~ then say they are busy....leave a message ~ and never return your call. They have changed their hours (for phone service) also! Even if I get an address, I am afraid to return it as I would have nothing and I am sure at this point, I would not get a refund... THIS non-company is a SCAM!
