This company promised to save me money by lowering my credit card rates. They did not lower the rates they tried to get me cards with 0% interest which they would transfer some of my balance they reduce the card rate and it would stay reduced for the life of the card. They told me they got me 2 cards I got one with only 2k to put on it the second card they told me I had was rejected. I called them back they did not understand why it happened. They they tried to get me another card. I was to wait for it to arrive they would get back to me with the rate reduction. I waited another rejection came. When I spoke with them they said that they would call again in a week and we could reduce the rate. I have not recieved a call. I was told if they did not save me the 2k they would refund the above fees. It have been over 30 days and I have not recieved anything also apparently they do not intend of refunding the money. I reported them to the BBB they said they would give me 250 back. Okay this company did not deliver the service promised and I want my money back. All of it
