I first signed up with Royal Financial Solutions/Sally in Dec. 2010. They finally got my $6000 interest rate lowered quite easily to 5.9% but only for 6 months. I called again to get it lowered again and since then have not gotten through to them. I called last week and someone answered the phone but as usual they said someone would call me back. I think they put your number into a system to have the call number monitored. I still want my money back. They are a scam.
