The products, both the Cleanse and the Weight Control didn't seem to be working, so I returned them unopened with "Return to Sender" on the packages. Come to find out on the website when I didn't receive a refund that they do not process those kinds of returns. I have to have an "RMA" or Return Merchandise Authorization. I went online to try and get one. I have no clue what my Online ID # is, I never got one, so consequently I can't get an RMA online. So now I am calling them, forever on hold. I get a message on hold every once in awhile that if I want to cancel, press #4 to be directed to cancel. I did that. Nothing happened. Still on hold. Or I can go to the website to Customer Service and click on the Easy Cancel button. Did that. A "Not Found" site came up.
I still have two packages I am trying to send back, but have no way of sending them back or cancelling my subscription, but I keep getting charged. I'm up to $320.00 out of pocket now.

  • I also signed to get a sample and the next day I saw a charge on my credit card twice $ 99.94 One for LeanSpa and another for Java Cafe. I tried contact them, but it is impossible, so I put a dispute on the charge, then I learned that when you click to receive the sample you are enrolled to receive one pound of java cafe each month for a charge of $ 99.94 each for 12 month. No cancellation and return accepted. When I got the 1st package I returned with receipt trough UPS. They alleged to my credit card that I kept the merchandise,. I send the tracking number with confirmation delivery and the name who received it. They still said they didn't get it. My credit card instructed me to ask UPS for copy of electronic signature, what I did, got it and sent it to credit card company that ended the dispute and put the money back on my account. I just was able to get my money back and stop them from charging me because I faith them trough my credit card company.
