I was interviewed in a group, which I was misled to believe would be 1-on-1. The interview took a couple of hours, which I was not prepared to spend that much time which was misleading.

I was told I had to present my speech one-on-one to a married couple within the age range of 30 to 60. I did internet search about Vector and after reading the brochure, I learned the married couple had to be employed.

With today's economy, it would be hard to find a married couple in that age range with both of them employed. I find this expectation unrealistic and discriminatory. I wondered what Vector was "up to" to be so discriminatory. Vector has a $13 million lawsuit pending,
so there must be a lot of people unhappy with Vector. Some of the complaints were that their people weren't getting paid.

When buying things unless you are opening up a credit account, no store asks you if you are married nor employed nor your age.

If I were to sell Vector's products, I would not ask someone's age, marital status nor job status. It's politically incorrect -- and probably illegal.

At the interview, I was told everything they sell is made in their factory in the US. On their website, their factory is in New York
but some of their items such as the ice cream scoop are made in
China.

Vector claims they are honest and the products are the best, on and on. But this claim is not true, it's dishonest and misleading.

I believe their products are some of the best, but their selling practices are misleading and most likely are discriminatory mining expeditions to get information about people such as age, marital status, job status.

I felt put off by Vector's discrimination because I am not within the
30-60 year age range, am unemployed, and unmarried.
