MY HUSBAND PURCHASED A RING FOR ME FOR CHRISTMAS. I DID NOT LIKE THE RING AND TOOK IT BACK TO THE JEWELRY STORE AND SPOKE TO THE OWNER ABOUT GETTING MY MONEY BACK. HE WOULD ONLY GIVE ME A STORE CREDIT WHICH I DID NOT WANT. I ASKED HIM TO SHOW ME ANYWHERE IN THE STORE A SIGN THAT STATED STORE CREDIT ONLY AND HE STATED HE DID NOT HAVE TO POST A SIGN SINCE THERE WAS A LAW THAT PROTECTED HIM. I HAVE NOT BEEN BACK TO THE STORE AND WILL NOT GO BACK HEREFORE I AM OUT 850.00.
