I authorized a .95 cent credit card charge for information on 1 person. My Mastercard has been charged $19.95 per month on 10/14/11, 11/14/11 and 12/14/11. I have called Intelius 877-974-1563 and was told that my entering my email address authorized the charges on a monthly basis. Intelius customer service Christina ID#8406 will not refund the monthly charges. Christina "claims" Intelius will stop charging my credit card. I am cancelling my credit card because if other charges appear, Intelius will not refund the charges. DO NOT USE THIS INTELIUS BUSINESS.....its a SCAM!!!!!
