I ordered a 7" android tablet from them at the end of November and was supposed to receive it in 3-5 business days. Called them for weeks and finally reached someone only 4 days before christmas. I received two of them! Neither one of them works. They do not even turn on. One of them doesn't even charge. I was charged for express shipping, charged for both of them and now they are trying to tell me I have to pay a $25.00 restocking charge for both and I have to pay to ship them both back. These return charges were never posted on the website until after the holiday. Now my daughter is heartbroken about the one item she wanted more than anything for christmas. I'm afraid to send them back for fear I won't have anything as proof that I was scammed.
