I purchased Nike air jordans online for my son on a website the looked like it was a Nike website. Fashionpay corresponded confirming the order and then several days later states that the shoe was not in stock. I responded stating I was upset because it said in stock or I wouldn't have ordered it and then they send a response saying sorry they are locating it in a different store. I have been corresponding for weeks stating I would like a refund and then the person emails me back in text form on a business email. That was my first clue that it was a scam and then again today started looking for this fashion pay website and found these complaints.
