Ordered weight loss product on the 25th of November. Had not received the procuct a few weeks later so i phoned them. I was told that it is normal for customs to hold the product for up to 30 days (i am in Australia and the product is being shipped from USA). A few days later i was becoming very angry so i phoned again and was given a tracking number for USPS, and was advised that my free trial had beenextended until the 19th of January. The tracking numbers did not correspond. Then on the 21 of December i then received a bank statement to find a debit from these bastards. I phoned the bank and cancelled my card, i then phoned these idiots and told them i wanted my money back as it was an unauthorised transaction. I explained to them my bank and i knew the scam they were running and if the money was not returned to me the Australian Federal Police would be made aware and become involved. They soon arranged for the account to be cancelled and the funds to be send to me via a cheque. I hope this helps someone else.
