Was given a 14 trial trial membership for $1.95 at which time you could call and cancel without any problems. (not the case) When I called they said I couldn't cancel until I received a voucher from them an filled it out and completed it. Said they would extend my time to cancel when called to cancel they said I was past my cancellation date and I had already been charged. I told them no I called in time to cancel they wouldn't cancel it. They told me I could still fill out the voucher, send it back with a copy of my utility bill and they would send me a check for $100 (which I have not received yet). I told them no just refund my $39.90. They refused and will not give you information to proceed any farther. If you go to their contact information on internet it pops up that this site contains malware that may harm your computer. So you can't contact them any other way than their customer service number. This company is a scam they will just rip you off!!!!
